QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Quality is a pillar of our company. We’re certified ISO 9001:2015, we perform complete quality checks during both first stages of project development and mass production.

Our quality department has an internal laboratory with corrosion test chamber, humidity test chamber, color control cabin and all the equipment to verify painted components in terms of adhesion, hardness, colour and gloss.

During last two years we’ve further invested in quality, implementing working areas structured on the Poka-yoke system and equipped with technological systems which help and guide operators during each working stage.

We follow a business model based on respect and safeguard of the global ecosystem, minimizing energy resources consumption, optimizing the use of materials and training our team about environmental topics.

We’re certified ISO 14001:2015, we’ve 2 thermal afterburners for reduction of air polluting emissions, we invest in technologies with reduced environmental impact and within 2023 we’ll install 2 photovoltaic systems.

The high level of attention about environment is coordinated to a detailed activity to ensure high safety standards and a continuous improvement of team’s working conditions.

SUSTAINABILITY

The company, aware of its social role, from 2021 has started dedicated actions to fulfil some of the 17 sustainability goals of the 2030 Agenda. Investments in company welfare, dedicated actions for economic and social safeguard of the staff, donations to schools, support to associations which help people with disabilities, actions and events or gender equality and against any form of discrimination, research and selections of tools and products with low energy and environmental impact. The social role of the company is reaffirmed in its code of ethics, a document that has become part of the strategical and working principles of the company and of its staff.

Always oriented to the issue of equality and actively promoting inclusive and anti-discriminatory policies, we are currently engaged in obtaining the Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022), a useful tool for the achievement of Goal No. 5 of Agenda 2030, related to gender equality and self-determination of all women and girls.

In order to widely inform about Verindplast’s contribution to the realization of this major social and corporate goal, the Gender Equality Policy is published below, which seals the Company’s commitment to the enhancement of an inclusive culture and the formalization of specific policies aimed at the activation of processes for the development of women’s empowerment.
