Our department of new projects and industrialization constantly works in coordination with clients’ design departments, developing, testing and presenting new innovative graphics solutions, new colours and material combinations.
This dedicated preventive work of co-design, planning and prototyping allows to reduce industrialization times and offers innovative and interesting solutions to the final market.
THE FIRST PHASES OF THE PROCESS
The manufacturing of raw pieces begins with specific preliminary activities: quality and quantity control of material, decontamination and leakage test of raw fuel tanks, masking of screws, specific areas or markings.
In case of defects or little imperfections of plastic and metal components, the operators proceed to specific repairing activities of filler application or dedicated procedures.
A high-quality product is the result of an accurate application of a first layer of primer, both liquid or powder. Later, the entire surface is optimized through a robotized or manual sanding.
SPACE FOR LIQUID COLORS
Verindplast has 2 modern liquid painting lines structured to satisfy all refinish requests of clients.
In plant n. 1 there’s a painting line ideal for multicolour projects, characterized by several stages of painting, preparation, masking / unmasking, tracing and decal application. In addition, there are 2 cabins for surface treatment of big dimensions components.
In plant n. 2 there’s a new painting line, highly innovative and suitable for projects vwith big volumes.
POWDER FINISH AND RESISTANCE
The company painting system is completed by 2 robotized powder painting lines, structured for the application on different shapes and materials.
Powder painting line n. 1, installed in the historical plant of Via Genova, is used for the application of powder primers and/or powder painting of components already with a pre-treatment or cataphoresis.
Powder painting line n. 2, installed in the expansion area of Via Pescara plant, has 2 automatic production lines, with nanotechnologies pre-treatment tunnel and possibility of application of both clear and coloured powders.
PRECISION AND DETAILS
Handcrafting, attention to detail and sensitivity of our operators come to light in a decisive way during the preparation of painted pieces.
The activities of tracing, masking and unmasking area performed by a high professional team and are necessary to complete versions with decals, special graphics and multicolour refinishing..
Even if these manufacturing stages are completely performed through the manual activity of the operators, our company can ensure consistency and repeatability of industrial products produced on a vast scale.
COMPLETE DECORATION
We constantly collaborate with a local screen printing company, ensuring to client a complete support for design, development and test, industrialization and production of graphics, decals and adhesive protections.
According to specific exigencies or client’s requests we can both manage projects with solvent-borne graphics and water-borne graphics.

PRODUCTS READY FOR THE MARKET
Final products, according to specific requests of the client, can be delivered to national, European or international assembly lines or used for spare parts / accessories market.
Our team supply complete components performing specific tests and assembling functional, electric and hydraulic components.
Polishing, labelling and traceability, quality check and packing are the final manufacturing stages, after the piece is ready for logistics, performed by the client or by us.
